To measure for your cock ring, you’ll want to get a cloth measuring tape that can wrap around the base of your dick. If you don’t have one of those handy you can use a piece of string and then use a ruler or measuring tape to determine the circumference.

For this exercise you’ll want to be hard so you’re getting an accurate measurement for a comfortable cock ring. When taking the measurement make sure your measuring tape or string is snug, but not too tight. Then take your circumference and divide 3.14 to get the diameter for a ring.
