What type of product qualifies for our price match guarantee?

The product must be a matching brand, model, and color to qualify. It must also be in new, unused condition. Additionally, the product must be in-stock and available with the supplier you are asking us to match.

How it Works

If you find a lower priced item, please verify that it matches our criteria

  1. The product must be currently available, in new/unused condition, and identical to what we offer.
  2. Our price match guarantee does not apply to items listed on Etsy or Ebay.
  3. Excludes clearance offers over 20 percent off, liquidation offers, bundle offers or items included in bundle offers, free items or gift-with-purchase, pricing errors, and pre-order offers.

If you are in our store, just show us the advertised price as either an email or webpage. Once we confirm it meets our price match guarantee criteria we will match the price at the register.


If you are shopping online, please let us know where you are seeing the lower price so we can confirm the offer.

If we confirm the offer is valid, then please place the order online and we will reimburse you for the price difference, or place the item in your cart and let us know when that's done so we can adjust the price before you checkout. Our customer service team is available from 8am-7pm Pacific daily. If you reach us outside of those hours we will respond the following day.

Additional Info 

If we lower our in-store or online prices 30 days after your original purchase, we will match our lower price, upon request.

We will match up to two pieces of any item, per request, per customer.
