I have Mateo is medium and large. Medium I can take with no issues and it feels great - good place to start when I'm looking to stretch. There's a HUGE difference between the medium and large. The large is much more "girthy" and takes some work to master. I love them both!

I agree with Jay...I wanted the girth and stretch, and not so much depth...yet. Mateo fits the bill perfectly. The stretch is incredible (got the medium) , I can sit and rock on this for hours. I'm an intermediate to advanced bottom, I like a large plug, but I'm not crazy about depth play, thus my obsession with Mateo was born. With Mateo I was able to get the girth I crave, without going to deep, encompassed in a smooth ride without the jerk of a plug going in and out.
