Sizing & Safety
Your pump tube should be large enough to allow the tissue of your penis to expand, but not so large that it begins to pull your scrotum into the tube when pumping. Mr. S recommends a tube that leaves roughly a pinky’s width of gap between the outside of your erect penis and the inside wall of the tube.

To find the right size, wrap a string loosely around your cock when hard and measure the string's length. Then use the following guide to help determine the cylinder size you need.

This kit is the bomb and the new oval cylinder rocks! I had an old round cylinder (which was actually too big) and ordered a new kit. The new choice was a perfect fit and the silcone collar makes using it much more comfortable. Most of the discomfort before was the edge of the cylinder cranked down against the pubic bone (I am pretty lean) but the collar eliminates that. The new oval shape is perfect if you're trying to put on length more than girth. My advice is to buy a cylinder that really fits close and get the benefit of a greater length boost. It's working!

Hi guys, many thanks. As with all Mr S gear it's quality, quality, quality. As a beginner pumper this kit is ideal. It's been three days and it's great to get some serious hanging meat. Can't wait to get in the gym or naked at the beach.

I have used the famous hydromax, huge cylinder, kind of week. I liked the "edge" but it broke down constantly. Finally, the venue stopped selling it. So leaving the motor design and going to a hand pump? By far the best. The brass hand pump is quality, releases pressure below nozzle. So you can release, and grow, release and grow! Also, I know two handed is more cumbersome, but here is the amazing thing not discussed in the description, you can disconnect the pump and tube easily from the cylinder. Just snap it back together to release pressure or add.
This is strong, if you have never pumped before please read mr-s-leather's pumping 101. I did go a little strong and had some little red spots. Get the ring. You can use the pump without but this assures you your balls won't go for the ride. Unless that is what you want, then take off the ring, and don't use to much pressure! With the ring I have never had trouble with the suction and the seal. Just a little lube does the trick, no need to shave yourself bald. The shape of the cylinder is amazing, I especially like the oval shape. There are no measurement markings, but who needs to know when you're passing 4, 5, 6 inches. When I get close to the black writing I am 7 or 7 1/2 inches. Maybe even reached 8. If you fill up the whole thing 9 inches, God bless you son! This kit is a great value for the price. The oval cylinder rocks. I have had a round cylinder before but no one's cock is really shaped like that. Love the pump with pressure gauge so you can see what you're doing and get some consistency. Not as keen on the silicone ring but maybe I'll warm up to it. All in all, a great kit.
